In the film ‘Anushandhan’ the character played by Amitabh Bacchan busted the lies of Kaliram. Now the opposition has busted Modi’s lies. They have picked up repeated instances where Modi has made self-promoting tall claims and busted them. And these have been turned into a parody video. This video appeared in social media on Friday morning and flooded with comment and likes, immediately went viral.
In the film Amjad Khan played the role of Kaliram, son of a money lender played by Utpal Dutt. The money lender would give loans to the tea estate workers in high interest and then would usurp their houses and properties. In the parody video it is shown that the Modi-Shah duo of BJP are looting the people. On one hand they are travelling across the world by picking pockets of common people. On the other hand, from prices of fruits and vegetables to price of fuel, all have skyrocketed. So a clarion call has made to oust the BJP from power. This video says that it is time to say goodbye to Modi’s government.
Many pictures of Modi playing drums have gone viral on social media. Those have been used in making this 1 minute 29 second video. It has been sarcastically conveyed that Modi is bluffing, deceiving the citizens, killing people in the name of nationalism, and playing drums all the while. People like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi have fled the country after looting billions while Modi proclaims himself as a ‘chowkidar’. But let alone stopping the looters, the chowkidar actually helped them. And now he is asking for votes in the name of religion. Strongly criticizing this issue the video says that while the chowkidar is running the country, the looters are content, while Modi is busy playing the drums and asking for votes in the name of religion. The video ends with that inevitable question—where is the promised 15 lakh in our bank accounts? The chaiwallah has to answer.
